First time ordering from the Google options and I made a mistake, my order went to another store, but the Person in charge took my order and texted the other store to let them know of the mistake, He was very friendly and apologetic for something that it wasn’t his fault, I ordered açaí smoothie and a Vanilla protein shake, they were delicious and with the protein added felt very full. Price is reasonable for the fruits and protein added. Total of the two went around 30 including tip. I will be coming back again, area was clean space enough to sit around. Nice music .

I have been coming to this Baya Bar location for several years now and have been witnessing the service decrease over time. Initially, I met the owner and he shared his story of saving this location and building it up to be a neighborhood staple. The service was as quick and amazing as the food and drinks. Within the last 2 years, the quality of service here has decreased significantly. I used to order one or 2 juices and they’d be ready in less than 5 minutes. Nowadays, I wait upwards of 25 minutes for a single juice. This is definitely a staffing issue as I notice staff members not working and having personal non work related conversations while customers are waiting. I also notice staff members completing menial tasks rather than working on the orders that customers are waiting for. The final straw for me was witnessing a staff member making themselves a juice and drinking it while customers are waiting. It’s sad because it’s gotten to the point where I feel discouraged to patron this business. I hope the owner can work on these staffing issues because I love their food and drinks but will not be returning to this location again.

My go to Baya Bar ! They’re always super friendly at this location and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Quality is always great as well, I got for smoothies and bowls

Got a chance to meet one of the owners didn’t even know it, super friendly and customer service 10/10, second time trying this location and I’m definitely a 4lifer because I’m hooked on the Bowls lol

Oh my goodness! My son and I had the absolute best experience! It was our first time eating here and we can't wait to go back. We had the "acai-u-later" bowl and could literally taste the freshness and love in every bite. The owner, Anthony was very customer service oriented, professional and polite! God bless this business with major profit, success, and longevity.
